Faced with ever-increasing havoc in Cameroon, the Cameroon Coalition Against Tobacco ( C3T ) in the framework of the Campaign to mobilize national public opinion on the anti smoking law in Cameroon strengthened the capacity of civil society organizations on the dangers of tobacco use and media advocacy .
