CAMEROON : SENATORS TO SCHOOL GATS AND HARM OF SMOKING

In an effort to inform, raise awareness and strengthen advocacy with parliamentarians on the harm of smoking and the need for a national tobacco control law , it was held June 11, 2015 , at the Hotel Jouvence 2000 Yaoundé, an information meeting and awareness Senators on tobacco Control in Cameroon. ,
Initiated by Senator Henri NGALLI NGOUA , “Champion” in tobacco control in Cameroon with the support of Campaign for tobacco free kids ( CTFK ) , the meeting was intended to obtain the support of Senators of the Commission of Production and trade, and to monitor the outcome of a national tobacco control legislation consistent with the FCTC in Cameroon.
